Write-Back was launched in 2020 but we started working on this product earlier than that. We knew there was a gap, and it was hard to bring additional data on analytics solutions. There are a lot of use cases where data ingested automatically from systems does not correspond to all information that is necessary to support decision making, some examples are external events, predictions or even qualitative analysis done by a subject expert.

As soon as Tableau made available the extension API we built Write-Back free and even participated on the first hackathon dedicated to this area. This was the start and allowed us to start getting feedback from organizations all over the world.

Most of the organizations trying it required a much more robust and secure environment and that is when we decided to start building Write-Back with a server architecture. At the same time, Linde contacted us, and it was a perfect match, so we built the first product version to respond to their use case.

With the first features were ready and it was time to make it available as a product. Based on our previous expertise with other products, we knew that amazing support and transparency were key requirements to have the confidence of organizations worldwide. That is exactly what we have sought after at every step of the way.

We keep building on top of this not only bringing additional features but also launching new products with a single mission, to allow any user to seamlessly contribute to their analytics processes and in the end perform better insights and enhance decision-making adding additional value to organizations.
